i seem to have lost pre sets 6 to 9 14 and 16.can anyone point me in the rite direction.have i boobed or is the unit faulty ?the pre sets come up on the screen but no audio.all other pre sets seem to...

HiDo the presets appear in voicesupport?If they have got corrupted, messed up, if you delete them in voicesupport, the Rack should put the presets back to there factory settings.Hope that helps
